Each Thursday evening, Sammasati Seminars offers
a free, drop-in meditation
at 8pm
at the Government Street office in Victoria, B.C.

It is a safe and open circle, loosely structured to allow anyone to join in.

There is no philosophy to buy. Nothing to join. These gatherings encompass and welcome all spiritual beliefs.

Simply an available space to gather with others of similar intention and be nourished by the inner silence and peace that is available in the meditative, contemplative process.

No previous meditation experience is necessary, we will create enough structure for you to begin or remember.
