Each Thursday evening, Sammasati Seminars offers

a free, drop-in meditation
at 8pm
at the Broad Street office in Victoria, B.C.

It is a safe and open circle, loosely structured to allow anyone to join in.

There is no philosophy to buy. Nothing to join. These gatherings encompass and welcome all spiritual beliefs.

Simply an available space to gather with others of similar intention and be nourished by the inner silence and peace that is available in the meditative, contemplative process (and meet others interested in the same kind of experience).

The meditations are eclectic, drawn from a wide variety of traditions and often include music, sound and guided imagery.

No previous meditation experience is necessary, we will create enough structure for you to begin or remember.

Directions to the office:

Located in downtown Victoria at 1412 Broad Street (between Pandora and Johnson). The storefront in this building is called CHERRY BOMB TOYS. We are in the same building and entered by a door just next to the store window. Our signage is on the glass door. Come in and down the stairs. There is a small waiting area right at the bottom of the stairs. Come through that and into the hallway and you will find us at the end of the hall.
